My Approach

I specialize in helping millennial women and teens overcome feelings of anxiety, build confidence, and stop overthinking so that you can live your best life. I use an individualized approach that helps you identify and use your strengths, learn new coping skills, improve your communication, and create lasting changes. I will support you through life transitions and help you feel less stuck and stressed out.

I use my social media page, @sitwithkelly, to advocate for and educate those who struggle with anxiety. The internet has a lot of mis-information about mental health diagnoses, so I offer educational and relatable content about anxiety and ways to work through it. I have reached millions with my content and feel passionate about sharing the truth about living with anxiety!

I’m a millennial therapist with a modern approach. I show up as my authentic self to each session, because I know how important it is to trust and relate to your therapist. I will hype you up and celebrate your wins with you, and I will sit with you and help you process the tough stuff.

I know firsthand that therapy works, and I am genuinely invested in every client I work with. My approach is collaborative, because let’s be real - no one wants a therapist who just nods and asks, “and how does that make you feel” anymore. At the end of the day, you just want a therapist who gets it, and I get that.
